CANCELLATION POLICY

We are so sorry that you may have to cancel!

There is NO CHARGE if you cancel 2 or more hours in advance of the clinic/events. 

If you reserved a spot and simply don't show up - or you let us know within 2 hours of the event - then we are sorry to have to charge you for the clinic/event. You reserved a spot that someone else may have taken, and you will be charged if you don't provide a minimum of 2 hours notice of your need to cancel.
